Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Plan is not the simplest mission in the world. You will either need to use some other server or your home PC, or, alternatively resort to some 3rd–party software. Our company offers a far simpler and easier alternative with our Managed Services package. We will make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never need to be worried about losing important info. Plus, we can recover a backup really quickly. All backups we make are placed on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to your web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a practically endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software programs. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services deal, which allows you to demand any of our competent sysadmins to install any software app and to rectify any problem that you are having with your virtual server.
